Heads up for meeting re: 2012 National

Will let you know the meeting date in a future post.

Hi All
I have had some very positive feedback regarding Ontario South hosting the 2012 National.
With that being said, I think that we need to organize a meeting. Would all of you that suggested sites, please get some info (size, cost, area hotels, restaurants, etc) for the sites you have mentioned. That way we have something to start with at the meeting. I will let you know when and where as soon as I can.
